Communication Plan

03/05/13

A communication plan helps you choose the right communication campaigns and actions to effectively reach the right target audience and achieve your objectives.

You are probably familiar with the scenario: one day someone comes to sell you advertising, the next day an enthusiastic product manager suggests you organise a press conference and at a reception someone explains why you have to start blogging as soon as possible.

Lots of opportunities, but you don’t have the time, the people or the budget to do everything. So the question is: on what criteria do you base your decisions? Why do one thing rather than another?

A communication plan will help you make the right choices so that you can use the right resources. A plan gives you an overview of your priorities, your objectives and the target audiences that you will reach. We will also link it to your business plan for strategic alignment.
